Team Free Throw Competition

Get your team in the Game by joining us for Minnesota’s largest competitive and fun team free throw shooting competition. Sixteen team pool play followed by single elimination bracket style play, crowning one team as the 2011 Hoopathon Champion!
Teams of 5 shooters will shoot free throws for 3 minutes (first 4 shooters will shoot for 30 seconds and the final shooter for a minute). Teams will begin with 2 rounds of pool play followed by a seeded 16 team Championship bracket play. Teams will then go head-to-head in single elimination until a champion is crowned!
The first place team will be awarded prizes and a trophy. Prizes will also be awarded to the team with the most money raised and the team with the most creative uniforms.
Entertainment
For those who wish not to participate in the shooting competition, come out and cheer on your favorite team and enjoy the entertainment.
Crunch and the Timberwolves Hoop Troop Dunk Team will performance from 4:15-4:45pm!
Additional Activities Include:
- Live music and DJ
- Food and beverage from local vendors
- Silent auction and raffle
Teams
Family, friends, co-workers, basketball teams, local businesses and corporations of all ages and skill levels are welcome to participate in the Team Shooting Competition.

Registration
$250 Team Registration: includes t-shirts, gift bag and unlimited food and beverage for all five team members.
Teams are encouraged to raise funds for HD. The team that raises the most money before the day of the event will be rewarded with a great prize!
